Shipping policy

The Bani Co. ships across India and to select international destinations.

Order processing

• Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (India)

• Estimated delivery: [3–7] business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout.
  

International shipping

• Estimated delivery: [7–15] business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer. These are levied by the destination country and vary by location.
• Delays caused by customs or local postal services are beyond our control.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. The Bani Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Undelivered / returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, refused acceptance, or an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
